ExeFast Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: August 19, 2026 (adds Sponsorship) Incorporated by reference into the ExeFast Terms of Service
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ExeFast Platform, AI Agents, the ExeFast API, the Referral Program, and related services. It applies to your use of AI Agents and the ExeFast API whether on the ExeFast Platform or in a custom AI agent you deploy outside it. By using the ExeFast Platform you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in suspension of API access, account suspension or termination, withholding of rewards, removal of content, and reporting to authorities as described below and in the Terms. We may update this AUP and will communicate material changes via the ExeFast Platform or email.
2. General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the ExeFast Platform, and may not permit any agent or third party under your control to use it, in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or sanction (including export controls, OFAC sanctions, anti-money-laundering, data-privacy, consumer-protection, or securities laws).
- Infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, or involves spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communication.
- Introduces malware or harmful code, or probes, scans, or attempts to breach the ExeFast Platform or third-party systems.
- Interferes with or disrupts the ExeFast Platform, its security, performance, or other users.
- Circumvents verification, billing, safety, usage, or content controls.
- Harasses, abuses, or harms others, or promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
- Scrapes or harvests data from the ExeFast Platform or other users without authorization.
- Facilitates or promotes suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, or unhealthy or compulsive exercise; shames or bullies a person about their body or appearance; or depicts or promotes graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty.
- Uses subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques to materially distort a person's behavior or impair their decision-making, or exploits vulnerabilities based on age, disability, or economic or social circumstances.
- Conducts or facilitates surveillance, tracking, or profiling of a person's location, emotions, or communications without consent; facial recognition or other biometric categorization to infer sensitive characteristics; predictive policing; emotion-recognition (except for medical or safety purposes); or social-scoring of individuals.
- Creates or spreads misinformation or deceptive content intended to mislead, including false or misleading medical, health, or scientific information; impersonates a real person, entity, or a minor; or generates synthetic media of a real person without consent or legal right.
- Undermines democratic or electoral processes, including deceptive political content or synthetic media of political figures, voter-suppression content, or undisclosed AI-generated communications to voters or officials at scale.
3. AI Agents and Deployment-Specific Rules
The following apply to AI Agents, your customizations, the ExeFast API, and anything you deploy using ExeFast inference (on or off the ExeFast Platform).
3.1 Payment-Provider Categories (Incorporated)
ExeFast relies on third-party payment providers (currently Stripe and Thunes). Any business, product, service, content, or use that is prohibited or restricted by Stripe, Thunes, or any other payment provider ExeFast uses is prohibited on the ExeFast Platform - including categories those providers allow only with prior approval. You may not use, configure, or deploy AI Agents for any such category. These provider lists are non-exhaustive and change over time; their current versions prevail and are incorporated by reference:
- Stripe Prohibited and Restricted Businesses: https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses
- Thunes Prohibited and Restricted List: https://www.thunes.com/legal-thunes-prohibited-and-restricted-list/
The categories in Section 3.3 are prohibited because they are prohibited or restricted by our payment providers. The conditionally-permitted uses in Section 3.2 are limited to categories our payment providers permit but that still carry risk.
3.2 Restricted Use Cases - Permitted Only With Safeguards
The following are not permitted unless you have the proper professional qualifications, licenses, explicit risk disclosures, human oversight, and safeguards appropriate to the risk level. Absent those, they are prohibited. Purely autonomous operation without a human in the loop is not permitted for any of them; where outputs are presented to or affect an individual, you must keep a qualified human in the loop and disclose that AI was involved. ExeFast may further restrict or disallow them at its discretion or in particular jurisdictions:
- Financial or Trading Activities: trading, investment advice, portfolio management, cryptocurrency trading bots, lending or credit/financial-eligibility decisions, or any activity that could cause financial loss - requires explicit risk disclosures and user validation of every material decision.
- Medical or Health Advice: diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or healthcare decision support (general wellness advice such as sleep, stress, nutrition, or exercise is not in this category).
- Legal Advice or Services: legal advice, contract drafting or review, regulatory-compliance guidance, or representation.
- Insurance: underwriting, claims processing, or coverage or eligibility decisions for health, life, property, disability, or other insurance.
- Employment: hiring, resume screening, ranking of candidates, or other employment-eligibility determinations.
- Housing: decisions about eligibility for housing, leases, or home loans.
- Academic Testing, Accreditation, and Admissions: evaluating, scoring, or ranking applicants; language-proficiency or professional-certification exams; or accrediting educational institutions.
- Media or Professional Journalistic Content: automatically generating and publishing content for external consumption.
- Critical Infrastructure or Life-Safety Decision Support: support related to critical infrastructure (energy, transportation, water, etc.), life-safety systems, or emergency response, with mandatory human-in-the-loop control. Fully autonomous control of life-safety or critical-infrastructure systems is not permitted.
Enforcement (Restricted): automated detection plus manual review. Violations trigger strikes, suspension of the agent or account, potential termination, and forfeiture of related rewards.
3.3 Prohibited Use Cases - Absolute, No Exceptions
Regardless of qualifications, licenses, disclaimers, consent, or oversight, you may never use the ExeFast Platform, AI Agents, or the API for, or configure or deploy an agent to perform or assist with, any of the following.
Harm and exploitation:
- Weapons, Violence, or Harm: development, deployment, or assistance with weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, biological/chemical/nuclear/radiological agents, violent crime, terrorism, or any activity intended to cause physical harm.
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse: any content, agent, or activity that depicts, describes, facilitates, solicits, or enables the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM, including AI-generated CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, impersonating a minor, instructions to conceal abuse, or any sexualization of a minor (including in fictional settings or roleplay). For this purpose a minor is anyone under 18, regardless of local age of consent. Zero tolerance.
- Fraud, Scams, or Deceptive Practices: phishing sites, scam operations, identity-theft tools, or any deceptive scheme.
- Malware and Intrusion: malware, ransomware, exploits, or tools to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Payment-provider-barred categories (prohibited or restricted by Stripe/Thunes - see Section 3.1):
- Gambling and games for prizes: casinos, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, raffles, pay-in auctions, fantasy sports, and games of skill or chance offering cash or prizes - in any form, licensed or not.
- Adult or sexual content or services.
- Drugs and controlled substances: illegal drugs and paraphernalia, substances designed to mimic them, marijuana/cannabis, and CBD/THC products.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping products.
- Counterfeit goods or anything that infringes intellectual property.
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and "get-rich-quick" or guaranteed-return programs.
- Unlicensed or regulated financial activities as a business: money transmission or money-services businesses, currency/crypto exchanges or trading desks, initial coin offerings, payday or predatory lending, debt collection, and bail bonds, where operated as a business through the ExeFast Platform.
- Any other business, product, service, or use prohibited or restricted by Stripe, Thunes, or any payment provider ExeFast uses (Section 3.1).
Enforcement (Prohibited): immediate termination without a strike, permanent ban, forfeiture of all pending rewards, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to law enforcement and, for child-exploitation matters, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law. No prior notice is required.
3.4 Content Rules
Your agent configurations, deployments, and User Content must not include or promote illegal goods or activities; hate speech, harassment, or incitement; malware or hacking tools; deceptive content (e.g., deepfakes used for fraud); adult or sexual content; content infringing third-party IP; or spam, phishing, doorway pages, or deceptive impersonation in any deployment.
3.5 Off-Platform Deployments
Deployments outside the ExeFast Platform remain your responsibility and must comply with this AUP and with the destination platform's own terms. ExeFast may suspend API access or accounts, or restrict features, at its sole discretion for safety, legal, quality, or policy reasons.
3.6 AI Transparency and Disclosure
For any consumer-facing, external-facing, or otherwise interactive agent, chatbot, or deployment (on or off the ExeFast Platform), you must:
- Disclose AI. Clearly disclose to users that they are interacting with AI rather than a human, at a minimum at the start of each session or conversation.
- No human impersonation. Not design or operate an agent to impersonate a human or to lead a person to believe they are communicating with a human when they are not.
- Disclose AI involvement in advice or decisions. Where AI is used to produce advice, recommendations, or decisions presented to an individual (including any high-risk use under Section 3.2), disclose that AI was involved, and keep the qualified human-in-the-loop required by Section 3.2.
- Honor opt-out keywords. On any messaging or voice channel, you must honor recognized opt-out keywords (including STOP) promptly and must not require a person to take further steps to stop receiving messages. If you tell a person that a keyword does anything more than stop messages โ deleting their conversation, for example โ that must actually happen; do not publish a keyword you have not built.
These obligations apply in addition to, and do not limit, any stricter requirement under applicable law (for example, automated-interaction/bot-disclosure laws and the EU AI Act transparency rules).
4. Referral and Promotional Conduct
When participating in or promoting the Referral Program you must: comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and earnings-claim requirements; clearly and conspicuously disclose your connection (and make it unavoidable in social or interactive media); make no unsubstantiated earnings, income, or lifestyle claims; post no fake, incentivized, or AI-generated reviews and do not suppress negative reviews; and avoid spam, deceptive marketing, self-referrals, and synthetic sign-ups. You must not represent that purchasing or upgrading a subscription will increase your referral earnings rate, because the revenue-share rate is a flat, spend-neutral percentage. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards, suspension from the program, and account termination.
4A. Sponsorship Conduct
In connection with the Sponsorship feature, you must not:
- Condition a Slot, its continuation, or its value on any act by the Beneficiary โ employment, repayment, a purchase, an endorsement, or political, religious, or ideological participation โ or use the offer or withdrawal of a Slot to pressure, retaliate against, or exert leverage over a Beneficiary. Restricting a pool Slot to a specific eligible country is not conduct this prohibits; it is a targeting choice, not a condition on the Beneficiary (Terms of Service Section 5A).
- Name yourself, or an account you control, as the Beneficiary of a Slot.
- Use information you receive as a Sponsor about a Beneficiary (their email, display name, claim status, or claim timestamp) to market to them, contact them outside the ExeFast Platform, or re-disclose it to anyone else.
- Describe or promote a Sponsorship Pack purchase, publicly or otherwise, as a donation, charitable contribution, or tax-deductible gift, or otherwise represent that it is anything other than a commercial purchase from ExeFast (Terms of Service Section 5A).
- Attempt to construct, through Sponsorship and the Referral Program together, any arrangement designed to generate a referral reward on Sponsorship Pack billing. No revenue share accrues on Sponsorship Pack billing under any circumstance (Terms of Service Section 5A).
Enforcement follows Section 6 (Reporting and Enforcement): we may withhold or reverse a claim, cancel a Pack, or suspend an account, at our discretion, for violation of this Section.
5. Security and Platform Integrity
You must not reverse engineer or derive source code from the ExeFast Platform; access it by unauthorized automated means; impersonate ExeFast or others; share credentials or API keys without authorization; or use the ExeFast Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden it.
You also must not:
- Use the ExeFast Platform, AI Agents, or the API to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning model, including by using inputs or outputs for that purpose ("model scraping" or "model distillation").
- Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise bypass, defeat, or manipulate model guardrails, safety systems, or usage controls, or instruct an agent to produce prohibited outputs.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the weights, architecture, or training data of any underlying model.
- Circumvent a suspension or ban, including by creating or using another account, or providing access to a person or entity that has been suspended or banned.
ExeFast inference is powered by third-party routing, cloud inference, and model providers (currently OpenRouter and Google for routing, which in turn route to cloud inference providers and model developers). You must comply with those providers' terms, which prohibit (among other things) model distillation, training competing models, and circumventing safety measures; those provider terms are incorporated by reference and flow through to your use of the ExeFast Platform and the API.
Web search results. Where an agent retrieves information from the web, the results are supplied by a third-party search provider on terms that bind you as well as us. With respect to any search result returned to you or to an agent you configure or deploy, you must not:
- Store, cache, or build a database of search results, in whole or in part, beyond the transient storage needed to operate the agent and to display the answer to you.
- Use search results to create, evaluate, train, re-train, fine-tune, benchmark, or otherwise improve any AI or machine-learning model or service, whether yours or a third party's.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make search results available to third parties as a search or data product.
- Create derivative works of search results, remove any proprietary notice carried with them, or use them in any way that infringes a third party's intellectual property or violates applicable law.
- Represent that ExeFast or you are partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any search provider.
Search results may include third-party content in which someone other than the search provider holds rights; your use of that content may be subject to those rights. These obligations survive termination of your account, and continued retention or use of search results after termination is not permitted.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
Report violations to legal@exefast.ai or through in-platform tools. We investigate and may remove content, apply strikes, suspend or terminate accounts or API access, withhold or claw back rewards, and pursue legal action or reporting where violations involve illegal activity or harm. We act in our sole discretion and may act without prior notice in cases of severe or imminent harm. In the event of conflict, the Terms prevail, followed by this AUP.
