WhatsApp draws on the same monthly allowance as the rest of your plan — there is no separate WhatsApp bill. Each exchange carries a flat per-exchange charge covering the fee our messaging provider bills us for every message, on top of model usage. On Pro, the allowance funds roughly 880 WhatsApp exchanges a month if you spent all of it on WhatsApp; on Business, your daily message limit is reached first. WhatsApp is included on Pro and Business.
