Lesson 1 — Pick one person

Lesson 1 of 4

Learn

Everything until now was practice. This course ends with a working agent in someone else's hands.

Start from your niche sheet — ideally the person from your discovery conversation, because they have already told you the pain in their own words and they are waiting to see what you meant by "let me show you something." If that conversation did not happen yet, pick the warmest real person who fits your sheet: someone who knows you, runs something small, and loses visible time to a describable task.

One person. Not a market, not a category — a name. The entire craft of the handoff is specificity: an agent that knows *their* menu, *their* hours, *their* way of talking to customers. Generic demos get polite nods. A thing with their name inside it gets silence, then "wait — can it really do that?"

Write down: their name, their business, the one task the agent will take over, and the three questions their customers ask most. If you do not know the three questions, ask them — it is a flattering question to receive.

⚡ Do

Choose your person and collect the raw material: the facts, prices, hours, links, and typical messages the agent will need. Fifteen minutes of collecting now saves an hour of guessing later.
